Mr. Russell has over 25 years experience in the cardiovascular medical device field - holding leadership positions in research and development, marketing, strategic planning, sales and general management. Most recently, he was Vice President of US Sales for the Cardiac Rhythm Management division of Boston Scientific, responsible for a team of 1,300 professionals generating over $1.5 billion in annual sales revenue. Mr. Russell also served as Vice President and General Manager for the LATITUDE Patient Management organization at Guidant/Boston Scientific where he led that team in deploying the industry's first wireless in-home patient monitoring system. While at Guidant, Mr. Russell also served as Director of New Product Planning and held roles of increasing responsibility within the sales and marketing organization. He previously worked in research and development at Edwards Laboratories.

Mr. Russell holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Duke University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Dr. Chavan brings over 27 years of experience in research & development. Prior to joining Corventis Dr. Chavan spent several years at Boston Scientific in Research & Product Development, managing projects related to Class III Cardiac Rhythm Management devices. In addition to core development, Dr. Chavan also managed the integration of acquired technologies and provided strategic support for developing clinical and regulatory strategy for new devices. Prior to Boston Scientific, Dr. Chavan held various management and engineering positions with General Motors and Delphi Electronics, as well as software and design engineering positions at Siemens A.G. and Coherent Research Inc, N.Y.

Dr. Chavan has over 40 worldwide patents and many publications in the fields of medical devices, automotive systems, circuits and sensors. He serves on program committees for conferences in MEMS and Circuits areas and is a Senior Member of the IEEE. Dr. Chavan received his B.S.E.E (Valedictorian) from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda-India, his M.S.E.E. from Syracuse University, NY under a Case Center Award, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, under a General Motors Scholarship.

Dr. Fogoros spent over 30 years in clinical practice primarily in the fields of cardiology and electrophysiology. During his career, Dr. Fogoros served as the Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center as well as at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was also Professor of Medicine at the MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine. Prior to joining Corventis, Dr. Fogoros served for four years as Chief Medical Advisor to the Research and Development organization within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division of Guidant.

Dr. Fogoros received his bachelor's degree from Duke University and his MD from the Ohio State University. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology and electrophysiology.

Ms. Garrett brings over 19 years of diversified finance experience to Corventis, Inc. Most recently, Ms. Garrett was the Senior Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at Sybase. Previously, Ms. Garrett spent seven years at Guidant Corporation, holding positions in Planning and Forecasting and Internal Audit while also leading a financial system implementation team. Prior to joining Guidant, Ms. Garrett worked at Eli Lilly and Company in a variety of financial roles, including Financial Planning and Corporate Treasury. Before entering the health care industry, she practiced as a CPA at Ernst and Young.

Ms. Garrett holds a BBS in Accounting, an MBA from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Lundberg brings over 25 years of experience and leadership in the medical technology field. Prior to Corventis, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Boston Scientific and Guidant Corporation, and served as a member of Guidant's management committee. While at Guidant, Ms. Lundberg held numerous roles of increasing responsibility including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Trials, Manager of Manufacturing Operations, Manager of Human Resources and Supervisor of Information Systems. Ms. Lundberg started her career as a biostatistician in clinical trials at CPI, part of Eli Lilly's Medical Device and Diagnostics division.

Ms. Lundberg is a faculty member of St. Cloud State University and teaches graduate programs in Regulatory Affairs and Applied Clinical Research. She serves on the executive committee of the board for the USTA Northern section and has served on advisory boards for HBA (Healthcare Businesswomen's Association) and the American Heart Association. Ms. Lundberg holds a BA in Mathematics and an MS in Biostatistics/Health Information Systems from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Srivathsa has over 20 years experience delivering results and developing advanced capabilities in general management, sales & marketing, and market development in Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations. Before joining Corventis, he was a member of the Sales Management team at Boston Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Management (previously Guidant CRM) and was the recipient of many sales leadership awards. At Guidant CRM, he also managed worldwide product planning and product launch for the Heart Failure and LATITUDE Patient Management projects. Prior to his tenure at Boston Scientific, he worked in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility in the areas of sales, marketing and trade & investment consulting across Europe and Asia.

Mr. Srivathsa holds an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Switzerland, an Executive Masters in International Trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), India and a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
